From my lovely cousin Justin who runs an ‘easy’ ten miles every morning, just finished a 30 mile race for charity, is a cross country coach, a kickass lawyer in Boston, and is doing the zombie run.
Get a running app. Every smart phone has at least one available for free. Guessing your pace is isn’t going to cut it if you’re counting calories or training for a marathon.

55 days to the work christmas party… what even! I felt so fat at the b&f I just want to look nice for christmas.
The fact that I can’t use the gym for the next 2 weeks is making life so much harder!

Breakfast - Granola and yogurt
Coffee - Skinny flat white no sugar

People at work should stop having birthdays… to much cake! We had one of Friday one today! Need to learn to say no!

Breakfast - Oat with porridge and raw sugar
Snack - Apple
Lunch - Tuna salad sandwich on rye bread
Snack - 14 pieces of chocolate, snack pack of maltesers
Dinner - Sweet potato gnocchi with napoletana sauce
Tea - 3 cups
- Didn’t do to badly today except for the mass chocolate blow out in the afternoon! Gnocchi isn’t too healthy but i only had a small bowl :)
